Effective today, selling tickets on SmartScale Events costs a flat $1.49 per paid ticket. No service percentage. No separate processing line. No subscription. Free events stay free.

Why we did it

Most local organizers we work with were coming from Eventbrite, where fees run 3.7% + $1.79 per ticket plus 2.9% payment processing. On a $25 ticket that's about $3.44. On a $50 ticket, over $5. Those fees either eat the organizer's margin or get passed to your attendees — and either way, somebody local pays for software built for stadium tours.

We run local events ourselves. Pop-ups, brunches, festivals, expos. A flat $1.49 is enough to keep the lights on and cheap enough that you stop thinking about it.
