Is it really free?
Creating your account and events is free, and free events are always free. On paid tickets there's a service fee of 3.5% + $1.59 per ticket, which is less than Eventbrite. You choose whether buyers pay it or you do.
When do I get my money?
Ticket money goes into your own payout account and on to your bank, according to your Stripe payout schedule. Timing varies, and the first payout can take longer.
Is my money safe? What about refunds?
Payments are processed by Stripe and ticket money sits in your own payout account, not ours. You set your refund policy, and if you ever need to cancel we help you refund buyers and let them know.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes. Connect an existing Stripe account or create one during secure payout setup. Complete Stripe’s verification and add your bank account before accepting payments.
I already sell on Eventbrite. Can I switch?
Yes. Send us your event link and we'll help you rebuild it here, usually the same day.
Do my buyers need an app?
No. They buy on your event page and get their ticket by text and email, with a button to add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
